Proud comic book nerd. My collection has over 200 issues, I can argue for hours about whether DC or Marvel is better, and I’ve dressed up as Spider-Man for 3 Halloween parties in a row. My bookshelf has more comics than “real books,” and I still get excited when a new issue comes out. People say “It’s just a comic” — I say “It’s a story that makes me believe in heroes.” And also, the art is cool.
